Chapter 38

If the project was a person, the proposal would be the soul without a vessel. Therefore, it could not give life.

Things that could really stir up the tourists’ interest and the urge to travel to Spain should be something more real and convincing, something that tourists could see and something that would make them feel it was worth their money.

Blake nodded without expressing his thoughts. Joe’s opinion was exactly what he thought. He turned his monitor to Joe and said, “Take a look at this.”

Curious, Joe had a look at the monitor and his eyes shone brightly. “Mr. Ferguson! This is great! Are you trying to…?” Immediately, he knew what Blake was trying to do.

On the monitor was a travel vlogger’s Weibo page, and on it were all kinds of beautiful sceneries, food, and passionate locals of Spain. The locations the vlogger visited were not the usual tourist spots that all the other travel companies advertised. Instead, they were more exciting, adventurous, and romantic.

These unusual spots would be the missing link in their project that the company could use to chart a route.

The vlogger was meticulous with his entries. Whenever he arrived in a new village and heard of some myth or legend, he would ask for the locals’ opinion and write them down as the caption. They were much more convincing and approachable than what Kim found in books.

If the company could use the vlogger’s Weibo entries to advertise tourism, it would feel more solid and pronounced. It was the best plan that they had been seeking for.

Blake said to Joe, “Contact the vlogger and tell him the Fergusons will sponsor his trips the next time if he advertises for us. Other than that, tell him we are interested in buying the copyrights to the contents he’s posted on Weibo.”

Joe nodded. “Yes, sir.”

A quick thought later, he glanced at the blue document on the table. “What about Ms. Jackson’s proposal?”

Blake said, “Put the proposal aside first. Contact the vlogger as soon as possible and offer him an agreement.”

Speed was the key to winning this war. If some other company contacted the vlogger first, everything would go down the drain.

Joe was great at carrying out orders, and with a new target in sight, he quickly went out to work. After he stepped out of Blake’s office, something popped up in his mind. He said to himself, “Hmm, where did Mr. Ferguson find this vlogger?”
