Chapter 110 I’m Homeless, Please Take me in

Mark looked at them, while Eileen stood aside and did not speak. Sometimes it would be a good thing for Logan to fight with him.

She originally thought that Mark would get angry, so she did not expect that he would laugh after he was taken aback.

“You’re right, this company will be yours sooner or later. So how about it, do you want to take the company back now? You can take over this position right now!” Mark said word by word.

Logan thought that it was his own words that had taken effect, and a smug smile appeared from the corners of his mouth. “Since you already know that, then why should I be polite? However, I’ll still have to thank you for helping me handle the company!"

Mark smiled, got up, and picked up the car key. “Then the company will be yours starting today!”

Logan walked over proudly.

Eileen frowned. She could not believe that Mark would give up like this. Especially in the past few years, his power had grown stronger and stronger. How could he give away his position so casually now?

Things that came too easily would make people feel uneasy too.

When Logan was about to walk towards Mark’s position, Eileen suddenly blocked him. “Logan!”

Logan turned his head, looked at Eileen, and smiled. “Mom, don't worry. If he can do it, then I can too!” He said as he walked over there proudly and sat down on the chair.

He even tried out the chair, it was very comfortable, he enjoyed this position very much.

Mark sneered from the corners of his mouth as he saw Logan’s look. “If that’s the case, I’ll leave now!” Mark then walked outside.

Logan showed a triumphant smile as he watched Mark’s back. Usually, when Mark was working in the company, he could be as arrogant as he wanted. Now, it was finally Logan’s turn to be in charge. From now on, only his words would matter to the Pattinsons.

He already felt good when he thought about this.

Eileen stood aside, looking at Logan, and frowned slightly. She did not know what to do, so she simply took this opportunity to see Logan’s ability.

This news quickly spread throughout the company, so the company was filled with rumors.

Everyone knew that Logan was someone who would only have fun. However, he suddenly became the president of the company now, was this a joke?

For a while, everyone in the company was talking about this matter. Obviously, everyone's impression of Logan was not very good.

In their hearts, Mark was like a god, and no one could manage the company better than him.

Now that there was a sudden change, everyone immediately fell into a panic.

However, Logan was still happy to become the president.

After Mark left the company, he thought about it and walked to another place.

When Lyla was asleep, she heard the sound of someone opening the door. She was still in a daze, so she thought that she was just dreaming, but she soon felt that there was someone beside her.

She tried hard to open her eyes, but when she saw the person in front of her, she thought she had seen it wrongly.

“You... Mark Pattinson?”

“You’re awake?”

Lyla got up immediately. “You, didn't you go to the company? Why are you here?” She looked at the time, it was still early.

Speaking of this, Mark sighed, he laid on the bed with his hands under his head. “This matter is hard to explain!”

“Then just cut it short!”

“Long story short, I’m now homeless and have nowhere to go, so I can only come here!” Mark said.

Upon hearing this, Lyla thought that he was joking. ‘What a joke, how could he be homeless?’

Everyone could be homeless, but Mark would not.

Lyla rolled her eyes at him. “Mark Pattinson, can you not act pitiful and innocent with me? I’ve let you know about our son and daughter, what else do you want?” Lyla looked at him helplessly.

“What I said is true!” Mark turned his head, looked at her, and said, “I’m no longer the president of M.K. Corporation. Now that the president of M.K. has been changed, I’m now all alone. The only person that I can think of that’ll take me in is you!”

It seemed like he was not joking, and Lyla frowned. “Really?” She was still dubious.

“If you don't believe it, you can make a phone call and ask!” Mark said.

Thus, Lyla really made a phone call and was shocked when she got the news from Lily.

She had heard about the matters between Mark and the Pattinsons, but she did not know the whole story. She had also heard about Logan, but she did not expect Mark to give in so willingly.

In the living room, Lyla sat on the sofa, and Mark walked out. “What? You’re done calling?”

Lyla looked at him and frowned. “You’re just giving away the company so willingly?”

He could tell that Lyla was asking for her own sake. Mark was in a good mood, so he walked over to Lyla and sat next to her. “Then what should I do?”

“It's not like your style!” Lyla replied.

Mark smiled. “I just want to know, now that I’m homeless, will you take me in?” Mark asked shamelessly.

“I won’t!”

“Lyla, do you not have any sympathy?” Mark frowned and said with dissatisfaction.

“No!”

“You…”

Lyla looked at him. “Mark Pattinson, are you planning something?”

He had to admit that Lyla was a very smart woman who knew him well.

“What can I plan?” Mark asked as he raised his eyebrows. He leaned lazily on the sofa and looked unspeakably relaxed. He did not seem like he was just kicked out, it looked more like he was on vacation.

In fact, Lyla had never seen Logan, but she had heard a little about him. His complaints were even worse than Mark’s.

However, the complaints of Mark were only about his emotions while Logan’s was because of his behavior. The only word to describe him would be ‘imprudent’.
