Chapter 337 Make Mark Go Broke

Mark and Lyla lay close together and talked.

Lyla told him about all of her experiences in these past two months.

“You’ve suffered these last two months!” Mark said.

Lyla looked at him. “You’re the one who has been suffering. I was unconscious, but you had to continue living in pain!”

Mark smiled. “However, everything else isn’t important now. What’s important is that you’re still by my side!”

Lyla looked at him. “You’re right. Nothing’s more important than us being together!”

At this moment, Mark looked at her. “Actually, I still have a question…”

“What question?”

“That man… What relationship do you have with him?”

“Which man?”

“The one who saved you!”

Lyla frowned. “You’re talking about Kyle?”

“I don’t care what his name is. What relationship do you have with him?” Marked asked.

“We’re just regular friends!”

“Really?”

“At least that’s how I see him!”

“Then he doesn’t have some feelings for you?” Mark asked, feeling a little jealous.

Lyla’s eyes wandered. “That’s up to him! How should I know?!”

Mark held her face. “Look at me and say it!”

Lyla smiled. “What? You’re jealous?”

“You just noticed? I’ve been jealous for a long time!”

“That’s not good! You shouldn’t get jealous so often!”

“True…”

……

The next day.

Mark and Lyla slowly woke up at 10:00 AM.

The moment Lyla opened her eyes, she immediately sat up. “Oh no! I’m late for work!”

Just as Lyla was about to get up, Mark pulled her gently, and she immediately fell into his arms.

“Lyla, don’t forget that you have a 3-year contract with M.K. Your contract hasn’t expired, but you’re going to work at another company?”

“But…”

“But what? As your boss and senior, I allow you to have a rest today and continue sleeping with me!”

Lyla, “...”

She looked at Mark. His eyes were closed, and his smooth jaw made him look unbelievably handsome.

Lyla thought for a moment. She suddenly leaned closed and said in a flirtatious tone, “Boss, you’re so naughty~”

Mark’s eyes immediately opened and glanced at her.

On the other hand, Lyla had returned to normal.

“What did you just say?”

“Uhh, did I say anything?”

“You were teasing me!”

Lyla did not deny it. Instead, she continued in a flirtatious tone, “Boss, you’re so naughty. What’ll you do if your wife finds out about this?’

Mark went with it and said, “Just let that nagging woman stay at home! I still like you more, little kitty!”

Damn it!

Lyla almost kicked Mark off the bed upon hearing his words, but she endured it.

“In that case, why don’t you divorce her and marry me?”

“Sigh, don’t you know that a wife who has been through hardships with her husband should never be cast away? Although she’s a nagging woman, I still can’t just divorce her. Don’t worry dear, you’re with me now, so you’ll definitely not be mistreated!”

“Really?”

“Of course, come over for a kiss!” Mark said as he leaned over with his mouth pouted.

However, once he was in front of Lyla, she suddenly said, “Get lost!”

“I don’t want to go away! I just want to lean on you!”

“Mark Pattinson!”

“Come on, quickly! My wife will be calling soon!” Mark acted as if he was in a rush.

Lyla did not know whether she should laugh or weep at his words. “You’re getting addicted to this, aren’t you?”

“Shhh, don’t be so loud…” Mark began making a move and Lyla immediately stopped him. “Alright, enough!”

Mark looked at her with a smile. “Weren’t you really into it just now?’

“How could I?!”

“I never knew that you had this kind of potential! How did I not notice this before?”

Lyla, “...”

At this moment, Mark said something in Lyla’s ears. Lyla immediately blushed once he finished speaking. She then looked at him and shouted, “Don’t even think about it!”

“I’ll definitely go buy it!”

Lyla was going crazy.

She just felt like teasing him just now. Who knew that he would get so into it that he wanted to get uniforms for her so they could roleplay…

……

They only went back in the afternoon.

Their home became lively the moment they got back.

Amanda, Lily, Emmy, Piers, Lingo, Hansel, Gretel, Justin, and Jesse were there.

Their small house was filled with people, with everyone playing cards and eating together. The rooms were also in a mess.
