After Piers Brion left, only three people, Mark Pattinson, Hansel, and Gretal were left.

They looked at each other, finding it was rather awkward.

After all, this was Mark Pattinson’s first time being a father. No matter what, he was quite unfamiliar with this.

The three sat on the bench by the side as they waited for the door of the emergency room to open.

At this point, Gretel seemed to be rather worried. “Hansel, Mummy is going to be fine right?” she asked.

When he remembered the explosion just now, he could still feel fear linger in his heart. His brows knitted together. “He is a dangerous man. You should limit your contact with him! ” Mark Pattinson knew in his heart that he had no right to care for Hansel now, but he did not want Hansel to put himself into danger.

He did not know why, but when Mark Pattinson talked about Piers Brion like that, Hansel should be unhappy. But not only was Hansel not angry, he was really happy because that meant that he cared and was concerned about him.

When he thought about this, Hansel’s heart could not help but leap with joy.

“Ok!” Hansel answered obediently, playing the role of an obedient child. Even though he agreed with him on the surface, he was still thinking in his heart that since Mark Pattinson and Piers Brion should not have many opportunities to meet again in the future, so he should just cut down on the times he met Piers Brion.

He was the leader of Hell’s Angels Alliance, after all. They had to meet at some point.

So he would rather settle the matter on his own.

Even if the time came when Mark Pattinson would find out and want to blame him, he would have nothing to say.

When he thought of this, he shook his head. “I don’t know!”

The trio waited outside anxiously.

At some point, Gretel sat on Mark Pattinson.

As Mark Pattinson was hugging her, it felt different from when he hugged her before. Back then, he felt that tiny child in his arms like this was pretty cute.

But now, he knew that he was hugging his daughter.

Nothing else could compare to that feeling.

He knew clearly that this feeling was different from when he learned that Kathleen Turner was pregnant. At the time, he felt frustrated and depressed after he learned of the news.

And now, he actually felt blessed.

No, it was excitement. He felt like it was a miracle.

That feeling could not be described with words.

At that very moment, he had long forgotten his agreement with Eileen Dawson. Their existence was the best thing that had ever happened to him.

Even if Lyla were to deny it at this point, he had already made up his mind that they were his.
