Joe stayed behind him quietly, not daring to say a word.

“Tell the director of human resources to search for a new project director. Replace him as soon as possible. The Fergusons doesn't want people who can’t make progress.”

“Yes, sir.”

“Get me my car keys.”

“Huh?” Joe was surprised because he did not know what was going on.

Blake paused his steps and looked at him coldly. “I said get me my car keys. Do you want me to repeat myself?”

“Y-yes, sir.” Joe dared not disobey the tyrant. He got the order and quickly headed to the office to grab the car keys.

‘What kinda tip is this, big sister? Am I really going to get a double bonus this season?’

Blake started the car and drove home. When he arrived home, Ms. Susan was cleaning the house with the vacuum cleaner.

Blake never liked noises in the house and Ms. Susan knew that. When he came back, she noticed that he was in a bad mood, so she quickly switched the vacuum cleaner off.

He went around the house and then returned to the living room.

“Where’s Jessica?”

“Ma’am said she’s going to a barbeque party with her colleagues to celebrate the prize that she received for the play.”

Blake frowned. “Did she bring Winson along?”

“No. Ma’am actually wanted to bring little Winson along, but before she went out, Lady Cecilia came and took him out,” Ms. Susan said honestly.
